Official Transcripts
CLBR can provide information on how to get an official copy of your transcript for fellowship applications at no charge. Complete, sign, and deliver the form to the registrar's office listing CLBR Fellowships as the recipient, and your transcript will be provided to you at no charge. Note that working with an electronic version is easiest.
